The Compression Group is growing, and we are looking for a Clinical Education manager to lead educational initiatives in our partner facilities in NJ, NY, PA CT.

The role involves hands-on training for the clinical staff, leading in-services and educating patients and clinicians on lymphedema and compression solutions.

Evaluate, measure and fit patients for ready-to-wear & custom compression garments as well as oversight of our compression fitters.

With this position, you will develop and manage relationships with clinicians on disease differentiation, differentiate product offering and drive the business through clinical education.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Educate and support clinical staff on lymphedema and compression therapy

  • Conduct in-services and educational sessions in our partner facilities.

  • Evaluate, measure, and fit patients for ready-to-wear and custom garments

  • Educate patients and clinicians on the proper use and care of compression products

  • Train and manage compression fitters within your region

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the clinical teams

  • Communicate with clinicians to obtain required documentation and paperwork

  • Travel within your territory to balance education, clinical support, and drive business growth

  • Maintain and coordinate in-services and fitting schedules.

  • Submit monthly updates on clinical education activity, key business relationship outcomes, and overall territory performance.

 Education and/or Experience

  • Licensed PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or CLT with 2+ years of clinical experience

  • WCC or CWS license preferred

  • Demonstrated success in clinical education or training

  • Experience working with geriatric population strongly preferred

  • Knowledge of compression therapy and garment fitting preferred

  • Strong ability to connect with and educate diverse clinical teams

  • Highly autonomous, results-driven, and goal-oriented

  • Passionate and deeply committed to improving patient outcomes and quality of life

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technologies and processes

  • Personable and engaging communicator with ability to build trust and lasting professional relationships.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness and flexibility to travel throughout NY, NJ, PA, and CT
